When the first generation of international Super Partners was announced we were given a choice in what department we would like to work in. My preferred department is Maintenance (see chart below}, which is basically content monitoring and looking for abuse. Since the app was not yet released we all decided that we would support the other departments and do what was necessary in the meantime. My main roles early on were translation (website and app), promotion on social media and monitoring the various ONO telegram channels. Since the app has been released I remain as an admin to answer various questions in telegram but the role has expanded slightly to include helping people in the tech support room and delivering bug reports to the developers in wechat so they can fine tune the app. Also I am happy to say that international users are joining and posting in bigger numbers so we have started to be more active in searching for abuse and giving out early warnings so we can start the community off on the right foot.

● As discussed in the last section the influx of international users has prompted us to become more vigilant in looking out for abuse, we also seek to encourage high quality original content as we believe that this will bring more users to the app and result in increased satisfaction. We want ONO to be a place for users to find great content!● With more people spending time on the app the telegram channels are less busy, but there is still a fairly good influx of questions about ONO in general and the need for tech support and customer service so a fair amount of time is spent there each day.● This week there have been many discussions among the international partners about how to better communicate with NOME tech as the releasing of information is not yet streamlined.● This week I have also tried to spend time welcoming new users on the app and encouraging those who make great posts, community building is one of the reasons I am here!● Abuse reporting: Currently SP’s have no tool to fold posts or remove bot accounts. The process right now involves passing the abuse we find to a room in wechat to the Lovely HuiHui. I am proud to say I spotted a hive of bot accounts and a little over 500 accounts were found! These accounts often have numbers after them (see image below) and will sign up and post in great numbers. If you spot any of these please take note of the ID# and what section you found them in and we will deal with them (⌐■_■)–︻╦╤─

● In ONO’s R and D report this week we saw some sneak peeks of a desktop site and they looked really great! I can’t wait for that :)● We have also heard that an art tag is coming, we seem to have a great amount of artists joining so this is exciting.● There was an article about ONO in Forbes magazine which is great promotion

Many of you have probably heard the news about Stellabelle leaving, Super Partners Ghulam and Paolo also decided to leave this week. In addition the recent hire for International operations Song Young was dismissed. This has caused a bit of a stir, we currently have no official statements from anyone so I can not say much on the reasons but we respect their privacy and will not comment on this until they have. We are working on reorganizing our team and will keep you updated.

▁ ▂ ▄ ▅ ▆ ▇ █ COMMUNITY CONCERNS █ ▇ ▆ ▅ ▄ ▂ ▁

●GDPR: Any service that holds on to any user data must comply with GDPR in order to operate with European clients/users. The current status of GDPR is on hold as it requires a great deal of infrastructure to be built into the app. This will be somewhat of a longer term project, again we will keep you updated.● When will ONOT be on exchanges? This is probably one of the top questions we get. The current response is that Ke Xu is in negotiations with multiple exchanges and they hope to list ONOT when markets are warmer.

Our first pay was received approximately a month ago to our IMtoken wallets. Due to issues with OTC trading of the token they will now be sent to our ONO wallets. Our pay works out to a bit over 6k ONOTS per day with some fluctuation. This is the current state of my wallet:
